We do not provide support for:

Custom feature development or code modifications

Third-party services, APIs, banks, UPI PSPs, or payment providers

Server, VPS, OS, firewall, or hosting panel setup

cPanel or shared hosting-related issues

Errors caused by buyer-side code changes

Legal, RBI, or compliance guidance

App store (Play Store / App Store) approval assistance

⚙️ Technical Requirements

Before requesting support, ensure that:

You are using a VPS or dedicated server

cPanel hosting is not supported

Server requirements mentioned in documentation are met

You have basic server and deployment knowledge

Tickets submitted without meeting these requirements may be closed.

Go to Support → Submit a Ticket

Include your order ID, product name, and a clear issue description

Incomplete tickets may delay support.
